This project involved the total renovation and refurbishing of one of the most famous Warsaw commercial houses, which after modernization will serve as an office building with some lower commercial levels. Electra M&E Polska was contracted to implement HVAC systems, plumbing installations and sprinklers. The installation works are expected to begin at the end of July 2016.
