EMEP is currently implementing one of the largest office projects in Warsaw, The Warsaw Hub complex. The whole investment includes two office buildings and one hotel with a total area exceeding 150,000 sqm. On behalf of Ghelamco, EMEP will perform a complete set of works in the HVAC and water and sewage industry, and for office buildings additionally develops executive industry projects. The investment is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
