Electra M&E Polska, commissioned by KB Doraco, has been constructing a prestigious apartment complex in Gdynia in the immediate vicinity of the sea since June 2018. Yacht Park Gdynia offers 135 unique apartments located in six 5-storey buildings, which will occupy an area of more than 6,000 sqm. Electra will build heating, cooling, ventilation, hydrant, water and sewage systems. The works are scheduled to be completed in December 2019.
