Construction and infrastructure companies are no longer satisfied with conventional tenders in the roads and rails fields and are trying to expand their activities into new areas. A leader among these companies is the Electra Group, which is developing two projects for constructing pumped storage power plants in the Gilboa and Manara Cliffs areas with an investment of several hundred million dollars.
