Warsaw Spire is the newest and the most modern high-rise office building in Warsaw city center, featuring an original, eye-catching design. The tower serves as the perfect reference for similar projects in Warsaw, which are expected to spring up en masse in the near future. The total scope of works included heating, cooling, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, as well as plumbing and fire protection installations. As the shell and core is already complete, the other works will begin soon.
