Data Center Rotem - Bank Hapoalim

construction of a Data Center in the industrial area of Emek Hafer for Bank Hapoalim. A fortified building with 3 upper floors and an underground floor that was built at Tier 3 functional continuity level with certification from UTI - the only one in Israel and one of the only ones in the world.

    Electra Construction performed the construction works in the project, which included, among other things, an energy floor, a server farm floor, a roof floor with electrical systems and HVAC units in special mobile containers, technical galleries and offices.
     
    Electra M&E supplied and installed all the electro-mechanical systems in the data center. The air conditioning system for the data center is based on CRAC circulation units and central systems that back each other up and are designed to save energy, to comply with LEED Silver standards.
     
    Electra Elevators supplied and installed the elevators in the project.
     
    The electrical facility is fed by two sources of an electricity company, including double backup systems of generators which were provided by Electra FK as well as double systems of uninterruptible power systems.
