Midtown

An urban complex that combines commerce, offices, residences, and parking lots, in an innovative concept of urban life. The project Combines all the advantages of living in the city, in a beautifully designed complex with a breathtaking view of the Tel Aviv skyline. Located near Azrieli towers and Ayalon roads on the territory of the historic Tnuva dairy. Two towers, one for residences and one for offices, with a commercial complex, the light rail station, a sports hall, kindergartens, and public areas located between them.

    Area: 214,000 square meters: a 50-story residential tower, the tallest in the country (40,000 square meters, 338 housing units), a 50-story office tower (height 210 m) that offers customized modular workspaces, parking lots (80 thousand m R, 2,100 places).

    Electra Construction was the main contractor in the project and was responsible for its construction.
     
    Electra M&E supplied and installed all tower systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
     
    Electra Elevators supplied and installed the elevators of the business tower, the residential tower and the parking lots, including high-speed shuttle elevators at a speed of 7 meters per second which are used by the residents of the high floors.
     
    Electra Parking Solutions was responsible for the largest parking facilities project in Israel and one of the largest in the world. The parking facilities are used by the employees of the commercial tower and the residents of the residential tower. The project includes semi-automatic installations of two models, TrendVario 4200 and TrendVario 4000, which provide 512 parking spaces.
