Eight complete, self-contained residential neighborhoods, with an estimated 35,000 apartments arranged in a unique "solar system" design. The buildings all comprise four floors in addition to attic levels. All resident services are available in the neighborhoods, including entertainment and shopping centers, kindergartens, schools, health clinics, public buildings, wide roads, and green parks. In addition to the commercial center in each neighborhood, there will also be two large entertainment and shopping centers located along the main highway. The project includes several engineering infrastructure facilities.
